Same team, every time
You get to know the crew, and they get to know your space. It saves time and it feels less like strangers in your home.
ClearNest was imagined as a small cleaning company that behaves like a well-run local one — same faces every visit, a written checklist, and no vague promises.
The concept keeps the team deliberately small. It means the same three or four people rotate through your home or office, so nobody has to relearn where the vacuum goes or which product is safe on the kitchen counter.
ClearNest is a fictional business created for this portfolio piece. It's a design and copywriting exercise for a service brand — every price, address, team member and detail on this site is illustrative, not real.
You get to know the crew, and they get to know your space. It saves time and it feels less like strangers in your home.
Every visit runs from a written checklist you can see. Nothing gets missed because it "felt clean."
We give a two-hour window and text you if something changes. No last-minute cancellations without a call.
The people below are fictional — sketches of the roles a small cleaning crew might staff. No real names, portraits or credentials are used.
Operations
Runs the schedule, does the walkthroughs, and steps in on the tricky jobs.
Residential
Leads the residential visits and trains the newer members of the crew.
Commercial
Handles evening office cleans and larger move-in / move-out jobs.
No qualifications, insurance details, certifications or client logos have been invented for this concept. A real business would list actual credentials here.
ClearNest is a portfolio piece by Digital Help, a small studio that builds content-distribution systems and web concepts for independent brands. This site exists to demonstrate a bright, trustworthy service-business design — with a working estimate calculator and honest guardrails — not to trade as a real cleaning company.
If you like what you see here and want something similar built for a real business, the contact page has the (illustrative) way to get in touch — swap those details for your own once you take this concept over.
