Our services

Digital Help provides custom website design, usually static business websites and landing pages of one to five pages. We also offer optional digital marketing services: AI digital twin videos, content repurposing, social media management, YouTube channel management, paid ads management and SEO. Your written quote confirms the deliverables, schedule, revisions, hosting and domain arrangements and any additional services. Online stores, customer accounts and complex web applications are outside our standard offer.

Free demo and agreement

The initial personalised website demo is free to review and does not oblige you to buy. Paid website work begins only after you approve the demo, accept the quote and pay the initial 50%. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before launch or final file handover. Free demos remain preview material unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What you provide

You provide accurate business details, images, your logo and any access required. You must have permission to use the materials you supply. We write and refine English content, but you are responsible for approving factual claims, statements about regulated services and your final content.

Revisions and scope changes

At least five revision rounds are included before a website launches, and further refinements within the agreed scope can be accommodated. New pages, new features, substantial redesigns or a changed brief need a separate quote, approved before that extra work begins.

Delivery and support

For an agreed website, the 24-hour first-version target begins once the agreed inputs, access and initial payment are received, subject to the confirmed schedule. Revisions and client approvals may extend the launch date. Fifteen days of post-launch bug fixes and minor text or image changes are included. Ongoing maintenance and major changes are separate. Ongoing and other services

For digital marketing services, your written quote sets out the scope, volume, duration and payment schedule. In addition:

• Results: we do not guarantee followers, views, rankings, leads, sales or any specific return.
• Ad spend: advertising budgets are paid directly by you to the advertising platform, separately from our fees, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Platforms: all work must follow the rules of the platforms involved (such as Meta, Google and YouTube). Accounts remain yours, and access should be given through official permission tools.
• AI digital twins: we only create a digital likeness of a person who has given clear consent, using samples they supply or approve. AI-generated content is disclosed as required by each platform. Third-party AI tool subscriptions are separate costs.
• Content: you must own or have permission to use any content we repurpose or publish for you.

Hosting, domains and payments

You may supply hosting and a domain or ask us to arrange them as specified in your quote. Annual renewals and third-party fees are separate and disclosed. Quotes state the currency and any applicable taxes or transfer charges. International payments may be arranged through Skydo, subject to provider eligibility and the instructions on your invoice.

Ownership and third-party materials

After full payment, final website files and rights to the custom work are transferred as agreed in writing. Third-party fonts, images, libraries, tools and other components keep their own licences. We ask permission before showcasing client work beyond material already approved for our portfolio.

Service limits and resolution

SEO and other services do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or acceptance by a payment provider, search engine or AI platform. Third-party hosting and platform availability are outside our control. If a problem arises, contact us so we can work towards a resolution. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies alongside these terms; nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
