How do I know which service to book?
If you're unsure, send us a note through the contact form describing what you're thinking and, if you can, a picture of your hair now. We'll suggest a service and a slot length.
Are the prices fixed?
The prices on this page are illustrative for a portfolio concept. In a real studio, prices depend on hair length, density and how long the service takes. A firm price is agreed at the consultation before any work begins.
Do you take walk-ins?
Because appointments are unhurried, walk-ins can rarely be accommodated. It's always better to request a slot in advance through the contact form.
What if I'm new to colour?
Any first colour service is preceded by an in-person consultation and, where the treatment needs one, a small strand and skin test at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
In this concept, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for a change or cancellation. Real studios usually formalise this with a small deposit — we'd note that at the point of confirming your booking.
